My beloved Grandmother,
There are no words for me to fully illustrate how blessed we all are for having you in our lives. You have always been and will always be the "Foundation of our Family." I spent the day rummaging through old photos and they brought back so many happy memories. I found myself smiling through tears as I reminisced on each of the photos. From our yearly family vacations out West and summer swims in your pool, to our almost weekly gatherings at my parents house, I look back with gratitude for having you in my life and for showing us all, how important our family is. As a family, we all will continue on the path that you have so carefully and caringly lead us down. We will remain a tight unit and this will help us overcome any obstacles that arise. I will miss seeing you at the end of the table at my parents house, but I know you will be near at all times. Rest peacefully in Heaven knowing that you have fully exceeded any and all expectations as a Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, and Friend. Our loss is Heaven's gain. God must have needed a "Model Angel" to show the others how it is really done.
I will see you again one day. Until then, smile that smile, and laugh that contagious laugh. You deserve it.
