Helen Elizabeth Bunten's Obituary
Helen Elizabeth Bunten, a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on September 26th, 2023, at the age of 89. She was born on February 13th, 1934, in Cedarhurst, New York, to her loving parents, Harold Leonard and Helen Elizabeth Leonard, both of whom preceded her in death.
She is survived by her cherished children, Jeanne C. Bunten, Charles Henry Bunten, and Rev. Bruce A. Bunten, who carry forward her legacy of love, resilience, and determination. Helen's memory will also be cherished by her 8 adoring grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren whose lives she touched with her warmth and wisdom.
A Celebration of Life service in honor of Helen Elizabeth Bunten will be held at the First United Methodist Church of Coral Gables on Saturday, October 7th, 2023, at 4 PM.
In her memory, we remember a woman of strength, grace, and compassion. Helen's legacy lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she find eternal peace, and may her family find comfort in the cherished memories they hold dear.
