Harvey David Cox's Obituary
Harvey David Cox, 59 of Miami Florida went to his heavenly home July 3rd 2022. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend.
He was born in Miami on March 16th 1963 to Anne and Harvey Cox. He was married to Christiane Cox in October 1985.
He was best known as Dave Cox and worked 38 years for Florida Power and Light. He started off as a Journeyman and worked his way through being a Nuclear mechanic, welder, and lastly a safety inspector for Turkey Point. Anyone who ever met Dave knew his passion was sharing the love of Christ with anyone he met. Matthew 28:19 says “Go and make disciples of all nations” and Dave lived this to its fullest, sharing God’s love with a close friend, family member, co-worker, or stranger on a street. There is no denying his immense impact for the Kingdom of Heaven and devotion to his family, work, and friends.
He is survived by his wife Chris Cox, his children Daniel and David (Kimberly) Cox, and his grandchildren Madison and Abigale Cox.
Funeral Service will be held at First Baptist Church of Cutler Ridge on Monday July 25th. The memorial will begin at 9:30am and the service will begin at 10:30am. There will also be a livestream for those who cannot attend in person https://facebook.com/1stCutlerRidge.
