Harold Lee Gregory born October 31, 1940 in Tallahassee Fl. Within the year, the family moved to Miami, FL where he was raised and attended Coral Gables Elementary School and Ponce de Leon Jr.. He went Culver Military Academy in Culver, Indiana in which he was a member of the Black Horse Troop. Following graduation he attended University of Florida for a year and ended up joining the Army. Once Lee entered the work world, he worked at Southern Underwriters in Miami and became responsible for the Surplus Lines business. He was successful and was elected to lead the Surplus Lines Association for the state of Florida. Through his life he was certainly liked and respected among all his peers. 25 years ago he met and married the love of his life Donna Sadacca (who passed away in June 2020) and raised her two sons, Todd and Henry; and his own son from his first marriage, Chad. His favorite past time was taking cruises with Donna. It didn’t matter where the ship sailed as long as he had a burger bar and large cups of diet Cokes. Lee is survived by son Chad Gregory, Daughter in law Liz Gregory, and his 4 grandchildren Jackson, Brady, Savanah, and Maverick; and his step sons Todd Sadacca and Henry Sadacca with wife Rita and 2 children. He will live in the heart of his brother Gary Gregory and sister in law Sheila Gregory, and their family.
