GUSTAVO A. ASTTE's Obituary
It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the death of our beloved husband and father Gustavo Antonio Astte Lopez, age 65, who passed away on May 5th, 2016 in Miami, FL.
Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 pm on Monday, May 9th, 2016 at Van Orsdel Funeral Home. Pastor Ardee Coolidge Jr. of Beth-El church of the Nazarene will be officiating.
Gustavo was born in Lima, Peru to Antonio Astte and Juana Lopez on July 22, 1950. He moved to the New York City where he met and married his spouse Blanca Peña. He was married on Februrary 14, 1974. He worked in the United States Postal Service for 35 years. His hobbies included fishing, swimming, dancing, soccer, and playing with his grandchildren.
Gustavo is survived by his spouse Blanca; his children Manuel, Aimee, and Adriana Astte; his sibilings Octavio, Margot , Maria Elena, and Carmen; his grandchildren Anthony, Victoria, Lucas, Samuel, and Vincent.

Los servicios fúnebres se harán el lunes 9 de mayo a las 6:00 pm en Van Orsdel Funeral Home, y serán oficiados por el Pastor Ardee Coolidge Jr. De la iglesia del Nazareno Beth-El.
Gustavo nació en Lima, Perú el 22 de julio de 1950. Hijo de Antonio Astte y Juana Lopez. Se mudó a la ciudad de Nueva York donde conoció a su esposa Blanca Peña, con quien se casó el 14 de febrero de 1974. Gustavo trabajó en el United States Postal Service por 35 años. Sus actividades favoritas eran fútbol, natación, bailar y jugar con sus amigos y nietos.
A Gustavo lo sobreviven su esposa Blanca; sus hijos Manuel, Aimee y Adriana; sus hermanos Octavio, Margot, Maria Elena y Carmen; sus nietos Anthony, Victoria, Lucas, Samuel y Vincent.
