GINO J SAUMAT's Obituary
Gino Saumat, 50, of Miami, Florida, passed away on June 25, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on June 19, 1975, in Miami, Florida, Gino was known for his exceptional wit, sharp intelligence, and distinctively loud and contagious laugh. His humor and lighthearted banter brought smiles and laughter to all who knew him, making any gathering brighter. Gino is survived by his devoted daughter, Victoria Saumat, his beloved mother, Irela Castillo, and his cherished siblings, Giorgio, Giano, and Gisel. He now joins his father, José Pepe Saumat, in eternal rest. A Mass to commemorate Gino's life will be held on July 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. Following the service, a memorial ceremony will take place at 12:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery. Friends, family, and acquaintances are invited to gather, reflect, and celebrate the unforgettable spirit of a beloved father, son, brother, and friend. Although Gino's departure has left an irreplaceable void, we pray his legacy will endure forever. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the University of Miami Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center in Gino’s memory
