T’il we meet again
When you remember Gerard (Jerry)
You don’t think of him this way .
Instead remember the good times you had, or the funny things he’d say
Remember his Christmas time, Christmas parties at his home in Michigan.
He liked great music and he was competing and sharing with his friends the first, best music that came out. He liked to dance too.
Remember he loved you all more.
And don’t lose heart because we’ll see him again.
When we all reach that distant shore.
Jerry! Everyone will miss you. Lovely.

One of my fondest memories of Jerry (Pappi) is how he taught me financial discipline.
This is a principle that still remains in me and I still apply today.
Jerry was a man of structure, discipline and hard work. he was also loving, always told me how he loved my cooking which incidentally I learned from his wife/sister Nicky when I came to the USA.
He loved to tell me stories about his professional life and accomplishments in Haiti, Mexico and the United States. We loved to dance at parties and I would take pleasure to imitate him which brought him laughter.
I will miss him greatly and will always value what he taught me.
Love always Pappi. May you rest in Peace.
Your sis Rosie
