I remember my brother Gary as a kind, living and caring person! When Mom and Dad were in Indiana in a care facility in Indiana with me I remember Gary’s wonderful visits!
He would come for weekends to spend time with Mom, Dad and me. We would go together to my home and we would just enjoy being together! We would bake pies and fruit cake together while visiting and play games and enjoy each others company! Gary and I would go on walks and talk about good times when we were growing up! Wonderful times together! I am so sorry for your loss. I pray God be with you and comfort and help you as you walk through this hard time of loss! Time has passed by so quickly and life has a way of flying by. I will be praying for for Chris’s , Allison and Michael that God wiil be with you in the days ahead! One day we will all be together in heaven as followers of Christ and will again have time together! God be with you in all the days ahead in Jesus name! Love your way , Carol Kahoe , Gary’s sister!

What are our fondest memories of Gary? His kindness, his intensity, his sense of humor-
After Nick and Jerry lost Sue, Gary and Chris were very helpful to Jerry, now a single parent to his special needs grandson. When we married, Gary and Chris continued faithfully to take our grandson, Nick, to dinner each week. Nick looked forward to these outings, and we enjoyed the break! Nick fondly remembers these trips.
Whether watching football, sharing a meal, playing cards, or sitting around a campfire, we fondly recall opinionated discussions about anything and everything; sometimes getting intense, but always ending with grins and goodwill!
When Gary was ready to go home, he let us know, “Well, I’m poopy-dooped!”

Condolences to Gary’s family and friends. He will be missed.

I am so sad to hear that we have lost such a pure, sweet spirit in this earth! Gary was one of my mentors in residency and later became a working partner for about about 14 years. I smile inside when I think about his big grin, and also about all those admirable traits that he consistently displayed…honesty, sincerity, kindness and humility, diligence and devotion to care, and his uplifting cheerfulness, just to name some…
Rest in Peace, Gary.
