GARLAND RAY MALONE JR.'s Obituary
Garland was born in Miami, FL to Ruby Hill James and the late Garland Ray Malone Sr. He was the middle child of three children--the brother of Anthony Malone and Cynthia Malone.
After graduating from Miami Killian High School in 1984, he studied at the Lindsey Hopkins Technical Institute and University of Miami Hospital & Clinics Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center to become a surgical technician.
He worked as a surgical technician (since 1989) at Jackson Memorial Hospital and Baptist Hospital. His favorite pastimes were music and boxing. As a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend he was known as a handsome, simple, honest and kind man. His smile ignited and blessed every and any place he was in.
His heart was pure and made of gold. Garland Ray Malone Jr. will be greatly missed…but in the hearts of his loved ones, he will only be a prayer and a heartbeat away.
