FRANCILLON JOSEPH's Obituary
Francillon Joseph was born December 15, 1968 to Mr. Francius Joseph and Ms. Jesumene Christian in LaTortue, Haiti. He attended L’ecole La Pointe in Haiti. He later migrated to Bahamas in the 1970s and then to Miami at the young age of 16. He graduated from Northwestern High School and continued his education at Miami Dade College.
From a young age, he understood the importance of hard work and started working in the hospitality industry in maintenance. His career as a Maintenance Engineer continued for over 40 years, 30 of which was at Sea View Hotel. He met his wife in 1989, fell in love and they married on February 24, 1991. Together they raised 4 children, Nadly, Dorrienne, Gabrielle, and Jeremiah.
Francillon was a stern, hardworking, family man. He was creative and talented. There is nothing he saw that he could not remake better with his hands. He was a strong man of faith who you could find any given day singing and playing the piano in worship. He was funny, always ready with a joke to make you laugh. He enjoyed acting and bringing smiles to everyone.
He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, mother in law, aunts, uncles, cousins, church family and many friends.
Sincere condolences to the Joseph, Christian, Pierre, Alexandre, Nonome, Jadotte, LaPaix, Francois, Cedant, Doreus, Calixte, Senatus, St Louis, Fleuridor families, Mt Zion Church, Mizpah Church, Trompette de Sion Church and Sea View Hotel Staff.
