I had the pleasure of getting to know Martina in the Zonta Club of Greater Miami in 1971. I never forgot her for her kindness to me, as the youngest member and the first member to give birth "in the club." Somewhere in my bags of snapshots I still have one of her from the baby shower the members gave me. Martina gave my baby son a beautiful silver teething ring. And, she always had a smile. May her memory be a blessing to everyone who knew her!
