Husband to Imelda, father to their four children, Christy, Carla, Gene and Frederick and their spouses, brother to Frederick Fischer L. and his spouse, uncle to Anneliese and Nathalie, his nine grandchildren. Zeb, Nick, Sonia, Aja, Bianca, Marisa, Victoria, Nadia and Anita.
