Ella Mae Shroyer's Obituary
Ella Mae, of Miami, FL. Passed on Oct. 25, 2009. She was a faithful and loyal member of Miami Elks Lodge # 948, B.P.O.E and was named “Elk of the Year” in 2003. She was predeceased by her loving husband Howard B. her sister Lucille Hendrix and her brother Connor Hamilton. She is survived by her nieces Mary Gaffin and Linda (Bret) Hoover, nephews John E. (Ina) Hendrix and Mark (Carol) Hendrix. Visitation at the funeral home on Sat. Oct. 31, 2009 from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Services, which will be performed by: Past Exalted Rulers, will immediately follow at 2:30 PM. Her celebration of life will continue from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM “in the lounge”, at the Miami Elks Lodge # 948. Ella Mae will be committed to rest on Monday Nov. 2, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Hollywood Memorial Gardens 6301 Taft Street In Hollywood, FL. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Elks National Foundation through the lodge office.
