Elizabeth (Betty) 98, “Everybody loves Betty”, her family and friends always said. Born in Rochester, NY February 6, 1912. She moved to Miami in 1954 and died June 1, 2010. Predeceased by her husband Nicholas, she is survived by her daughters Sandra Del Conte and Valerie (William) O’Connell; granddaughters Cristiana (Marc) Bachman of Jacksonville and Alexandra (Marcos) Ubinas; great grandsons Nicolas, Adrian, Kyle; sister Grace Allman and sister-in-law Rachel Minnamon and dear nieces and nephews of Rochester. Loved for her caring nature, admired for her strength and vitality, she was to the end of her amazingly active long life still out and about doing what she likes best – being among people and going places. Visitation 10:30 am – 12:30 pm Friday June 4, 2010 at VAN ORSDEL CORAL GABLES CHAPEL. Followed by Graveside Service 1 pm Friday at Flagler Memorial Park.
