Elizabeth Ann Waidelich's Obituary
Waidelich, Elizabeth Ann (Moore) 100, passed away on June 9, 2009. Born on
Nov. 23, 1908 in Cheltenham, PA, she was married to James Richard Waidelich
for 60 years. After living in Naugatuck, CT for 55 years, she moved to
East Ridge Retirement Village in Miami in 1993. Elizabeth was a homemaker and
a talented artist, seamstress and gardener who enjoyed socializing in her
bridge club, theater group, church and sewing circle. Betty was president of
the Naugatuck Women's Club, Girl Scout Leader, Sunday School Teacher,
Deaconess in the Naugatuck Congregational Church, president of the Ladies' Aide
Society, Red Cross Volunteer, and advisor to the Juniorettes Club. She is
survived by two daughters, Ann Stamm Kerr, Ann's husband Milton Kerr and Dr.
Barbara Moller Kerr and her husband Michael Kerr. A Memorial Service will be
held at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 12, 2009 in the Chapel of East Ridge
Retirement Village, 19301 S.W. 87th Avenue, Miami, FL
