Together again.
I remember Mrs.Murphy as a funny and very sweet lady. There were so many memories that took place at St. Thomas through my early education. She was very kind to my mother who was also in the ladies guild and the ascending life club. She was extremely helpful and supportive when my dad was a widower. She helped organize the gathering at our home after her funeral, which I was so grateful. I can’t help but think of all the lovely ladies that I grew up with, are all up there commenting on how their daughters and sons have turned out. I’m sure they’re all having their coffee get together and discussing their
next planned ladies guild. Karen, you and your siblings are in my thoughts and prayers.

What a wonderful life your mom had. She had an influence on so many. Our families shared so many experiences from BBQs and pool parties, to church and school activities. I spent many days and nights with your family and your mom always made me feel welcome. Betty was also very sweet and helpful to my mom as she got older. I know that there will be a great reunion in heaven when the original St Thomas crew gets together. Love, prayers, and hugs to all of you!

My fondest memory of Betty is delighting in her wonderful, jubilant and witty personality while sipping the brandy slush she made certain was available for me every Christmas Eve dinner we spent together enjoying great family time. We adore all the memories Betty.
