Edwin C. Nauman's Obituary
NAUMAN, EDWIN C., age 98, resident of Coral Gables, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2012. Mr. Nauman was born in Pittsburg, Pa., moving to Coral Gables in 1926 and built his home in 1940 where he resided since. Preceded in death by his sons; Edwin D. and James F. Nauman; brothers; Charles F. Jr., Robert B., and Gerald A. Nauman; sisters Geraldine Conder, Mildred Sandberg, Anna May Adams, and Ruth Bayles. He was the son of the late Charles F. Sr. and Emma D. Nauman. Mr. Nauman retired, after 32 years, from the US Post Office. Following his retirement he worked for many years at theMiami Stadium in the concession department. He was a volunteer poll worker for Dade County Elections Board. He is survived by his daughter-in-law, KathyNauman; Nephews; Marc Adams, Michael E. Adams, Jon Sandberg, Chuck Bayles, James Roof, and Robert Roof as well as nieces;Barbara Rivers and Geraldine Conder. He is also survived by his loving 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at Flagler Memorial Park on Friday, March 9,2012 @ 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers,donations may be made in Mr. Naumans name to The St. James Evangelical Lutheran Church, 110 Phoenetia Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134, attention Felicia Dominguez.
