Edward Ivan Ramcharran, better known to friends and family as “Ed”, passed away in Miami, Florida, in the early hours of Thursday, October 21st, at the young age of 38. Ed, who was born in Livingston, New Jersey, moved to Coral Springs, Florida with his family where he graduated from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and went on to Florida International University (FIU), where he made many friends, met his brothers in Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity, as well as the love of his life, his soulmate, Angelica Fernandez Ramcharran.
Ed is survived by his parents, Kamla and Deonaraine Ramcharran, his siblings, Christopher, Ariel, Stephanie, her husband Christoville Ramoutar and their children, CJ, Marissa and Roman, his wife Angelica and most important, his first child who has yet to bless this world.
Those who knew Ed were lucky. He was a passionate San Francisco 49ers fan, enjoyed traveling, deep sea fishing and hosting delicious meals for family and friends. He had a contagious smile, bigger than life personality, the life of any party, but most of all made everyone feel loved and feel like family. Ed wanted nothing more than to provide for Angelica and give her the best life filled with love, adventure, and kids. They are expecting their first child together in January, hopefully Baby R will bless the world on daddy’s birthday, January 12th. We know Ed will live on in all our memories, our hearts and in his child. We all aspire to honor him by living and loving as he did in his beautiful and memorable life.
Services are held at Van Orsdel in Kendall: 11220 N. Federal Drive, Miami, FL 33176

Services: Friday, October 29th 10-11:30am
Additional Viewing: Friday, October 29th 11:30am-2pm
Celebration of Life: Friday, October 29th 2pm-5pm (This will be held at the home of Ed and Angelica – parking is extremely limited, please use ride-share services or carpool)
