Doris Veazie Ludder 's Obituary
Doris Veazie Ludder, of Miami, passed away 1/5/2019. She was born in Coopers Plains, NY, on 1/8/1918. She graduated from Union Theological Seminary with a Master’s in Sacred Music. She married Rev. Carsten H. Ludder on July 10, 1948.
She touched many lives as music director at Ponce De Leon Middle School, guidance counselor at Palmetto High, and wife of the founding Pastor at Christ the King Lutheran Church, where she was involved in every aspect of church life.
She survived her parents, Max and Hyla Veazie, her husband Carsten “Chris”, brother Monroe, and sister Alice.
She is survived by her son Rev. Carsten Judd, daughters Petra and Signe; grandchildren Thomas, David, Emily, Kelsey, and James; great grandchildren Keagen, Avery, Liam, and Madison.
Memorial service will be held at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 11295 SW 57th Ave, Pinecrest, Fl. 33156, Saturday, February 23rd at 4:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in her name to Christ the King Lutheran Church
