What a tremendous loss! I first met Don in 1988 as a brand new lawyer. Don was on the Executive Council, and was a kind and welcoming presence. Over the years, I came to know him well. He was an amazing labor lawyer and friend! I spoke to him most recently this past Fall, and he shared with me how much enjoyment he was having with his labor arbitration practice.
