Diva A. Perkins' Obituary
Diva Perkins passed away after a brief illness on Wednesday, January 17th. She was 89, full of life and had so much love for animals. She devoted most of her life rescuing and caring for animals. Diva was a strong woman. She outlived both her sons, Ricky and Brent Dennison, which was very hard for her. She was survived by 5 grandchildren, Ricky, Chad, Justin, Amanda and Brent, 8 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. During her last 2 years she enjoyed time with family in Puerto Rico, Alabama and then came home to Miami. We will miss her so much. She was a fun, loving and sweet lady who always loved Miami and decided Miami is where she wanted to be . She will truly be missed.
