With my sincere condolences
Dear Gibby. It's been nearly a lifetime since we shared a very close friendship as kids on SXM. We shared our youth as brothers and I never forgot you. Yesterday, Christmas day, my mother who's now 80 (Jeanette) visited us and we took a trip down memorylane. As she doesn't have internet at home I took her sightseeing on the web to experience the people she once knew on SXM. It was agreat adventure for us both until I entered Delia her name. I'm sorry I have to make my intro this way but if I don't you would not know and understand who I am and why I'm sharing this memory with you and your lovely family. I visited Miami many times but never had the courage to contact you or your mother. Don't know why.......... Call me a coward!
At first I want to say we were shocked to read that Delia (she was always like a mother to me) passed away last October. I wachted the tribute video over and over and over again. And to be very honest; with tears in my eyes. There she was my lovely Delia. Always smiling and always making the best of life. Enjoying her family in each and every way possible. Though the video is a tribute I enjoyed seeying the happy moments in her life. She had a full life and is blessed with a son like you. You treated her like a princess. And she enjoyed being that princess. I will never forget that beautiful smile on her face. And with that memory I will always remember my Delia. May she rest in peace.
Thank You for sharing this tribute. I want to wish you and yours all the best and all the strength you need to be strong and move on with your daily life. Remember one thing: Your mother will always be part of you and your family, because she lives in your hearts. And what's in the heart will never part! I hope you can find some comfort in that thought.
Dear Gibby, take good care of yourself and enjoy your loved ones to the fullest. I'm proud of who you've become and your achievements in life. Respect!
Maybe our paths will cross some day. God bless, Robby
