David Crabtree of Miami Beach, Florida passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2011. David is survived by his wife, Bonnie Crabtree, son Marcus Crabtree of Atlanta, Georgia, brother Jerry Crabtree and sister Susan Ladd of Orlando, Florida and his beloved Portuguese Water dogs, Vino and Rose.
