David Anthony Musarra, born on January 6, 1953, in Hoboken, New Jersey, passed away after a life filled with passion, generosity, and devotion to his family and community.
David grew up in Hoboken, later graduating from Monmouth College in 1975 before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Georgetown Dental School. Following his studies, he returned to his hometown, where he proudly established his private dental practice, serving the people of Hoboken with care and commitment for many years.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, David lived a life rich with curiosity and creativity. He had a lifelong love of music, theater, and Broadway, as well as a deep enthusiasm for sports. These passions brought him joy and connection throughout his life.
Above all else, David was profoundly dedicated to his family — especially his beloved sons, Christopher Musarra and Matthew Musarra. He was a devoted father whose warmth, humor, and support touched everyone who knew him.
David is survived by his children, Christopher and Matthew Musarra; his siblings, Gerald, Rosemarie, Michael, and Nicole Musarra; and many relatives and friends who will remember him with affection. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald Corinth Musarra and Rosemarie Trombetta.
David’s later years were spent in Miami, Florida, where he continued to enjoy the arts, the company of loved ones, and the vibrant culture around him.
His life was one of compassion, intellect, and love — a reminder of the lasting impact of kindness and family.
