I always enjoyed Claire’s company. I lived on Ft. Myers Beach, Fl, and she would come for the month of July in her RV and stayed at The Red Coconut RV Park on the beach. Parry and Tammy (my sister), would drive the RV over and help set up, and visit on many weekends. Claire said, she and her husband had come for 27 years. They had made many friends that would come each year also in July. About the last 5 years that she came, we would do things. Almost everyday Claire would call me, and ask what we were going to do today. I would pick her up and we would start out on our adventure. She loved music, which there were plenty of establishments on the beach with music during the day. After eating lunch at a restaurant she liked, we’d go somewhere else and have dessert and listen to the band. One evening I took her to a place with an Elvis impersonator. Elvis sang a few songs to her, she really enjoyed that. Even if we just went driving around the on the island, checking out the neighborhoods, it was fun. After a sometimes long day, I would take her back to camp and she would hang out with her friends at night. Claire was a very pleasant and enjoyable person. She will be missed by all that new her.
