Christine Carol Johnson's Obituary
Christine Carol Johnson entered the gates of heaven on Friday, July 22. She was the beloved daughter of Mildred Verzi and the late James Johnson. She is survived by her sister Patricia Ring (Richard) and her brother James Johnson (Sandy). She also leaves behind five nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. Heather Peer (Patrick), Michelle Foley (Bruce), Jason Ring, Jimmy Johnson and Katie Johnson. She will also be missed by her great nieces and nephews who adored her: Jacob Ball, Austin Peer, J.T. Peer, Ella Ball and Alec Ring.
She was born in Miami, Florida on August 24, 1950. She graduated from Coral Park Senior High School and then she took her first and only job at WPLG TV. She worked there until her retirement. She was a very loving and giving friend, daughter, sister and aunt who will be missed beyond measure.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in her name to: Seasons Hospice in Miami, Florida or St. Jude's’ Children's Hospital.
