CHARLES T. WEBSTER's Obituary
Charlie passed away quietly in his home early Saturday morning on February 17, 2018. A man of many words, Charlie lived life with a deep love for other. His sense of humor and ability to tell stories was a signature trait of how he would introduce himself and bring people together.
Charlie graduated from the University of Miami with a BA in Music. His love of music and dance was always evident as he would be the first on the dance floor at any party; even when there was no dance floor around. A season ticked holder for many decades, Charlie loved his Canes. You knew he was watching the game when you heard the iconic cow bell every time the Canes made a great play. The cow bell would make the rounds whether he was at the game or watching from the comfort of his easy chair.
More than anything, Charlie was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather! He was known by all as PopPop. He put his family first and always made sure that your friends had a place at the table, a gift under the tree, a drink at the bar or just an ear to lend.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, on July 2, 1937. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Bonnie Anibal Webster.
