CHARLES EDWARD MAIN II's Obituary
Charles Edward Main II, age 67, a resident of Coral Gables, Florida, went to heaven on April 17, 2024, due to heart failure.
Charles was born in Ithaca, New York, on February 1, 1957, and moved to Miami at one year of age and lived until his last day. Charles graduated from Coral Gables Senior High School and went to the University of Miami, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. Charles married Ana Telma de Rosa Oliveira on May 22, 2004.
Charles, mostly known as Charlie, was a devoted Christian and servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. He attended Granada Presbyterian Church in Coral Gables. During his career he worked as a high school teacher and later served in Habitat for Humanity, PRI, and the Biltmore Hotel and retired 2 years ago.
Charles’ words about his best accomplishments were: “The best decisions I made were adopting my sons Andrey and Oleg and marrying Ana.” He so much enjoyed being with his family including his 3 grandchildren and his loyal friends. Charles’ best qualities were that he was loving, kind, loyal and committed.
Charles will be greatly missed.
Charles is survived by his wife Ana Telma, children, Andrey and his wife Samantha, Oleg and his wife Stephanie, and 3 grandchildren, Valentina, Oleg Jr. and Joseph.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on April 21, 2024, at Granada Church, 950 University Drive, Coral Gables.
