CARMEN V. ORTIZ's Obituary
ORTIZ, CARMEN V. (1929-2017) Loving wife of 65 years to James (deceased), mother to Denise, Jeffrey (deceased) and Judy, grandmother to Martin (Carrie), Matthew (Kimberly), Amanda (Adrian), Jessica and Chris, great grandmother to Avery, Sophia, Maddie and Isabella, passed away after a brief illness. Carmen was a long time Key Biscayne resident who along with her husband, James, owned an international refrigeration and air conditioning business until they retired. Carmen enjoyed her family, reading, traveling and an occasional glass of wine. She has left a legacy of photo albums capturing her life, family and adventures. Carmen will be greatly missed by her family and longtime friends. Visitation 4 pm – 7 pm with a Service 5:30 pm Saturday (today) at VAN ORSDEL CORAL GABLES.
