Beth Metzker Fath's Obituary
Beth Metzker Fath, 66 years old, passed away peacefully on October
11, 2025 at Baptist Health South Hospital in Kendall. Beth was born on
August 16, 1959 at Doctor’s Hospital in Coral Gables and remained a life-
long Miami resident. Upon graduating from Southwest Senior High School
and attending Western Kentucky University, Beth spent 27 years in the
music business where she rose to the position of head of purchasing for
Spec’s Music and then district and regional managers for Transworld
Entertainment. In 2009 Beth joined her husband Tim to run the Miami
Childrens Theater, serving as the CEO of the company.
Beth is survived by her husband Tim Fath, son Harris Milgrim and
daughter Clara Fath. Beth is also survived by her sister Lisa Ann Metzker.
A memorial gathering for Beth will be held on October 18 th from 4 to 7 pm at Van
Orsdel Funeral Home at 11220 N. Kendall Drive in Miami.
The family suggest donations be made to Arts and Foundation and The Yes Institute.
