BETH KATHLEEN EBURN's Obituary
Betty K. Eburn, who was 86 years old, passed away on February 28, 2016 and now is in paradise with her Lord and Savior; Jesus Christ. Betty affectionately known as "Beth", was born on July 11, 1929 in Cambridge, England. Beth grew up in the beautiful countryside and attended Cambridge University. She became an avid reader, exceptional gourmet cook and loved gardening. She also was an animal lover, especially of cats. Beth married a United States Air Force Airman; Ernest lee Eburn and eventually moved to the United States. Beth was a very loving mother and grandmother. Beth was preceded in death by her oldest granddaughter; Michelle L. Eburn. Beth is survived by her son; Terry L. Eburn, daughter; Elaine K. Rodriguez and son-in-law; Antonio C. Rodriguez, daughter; Rhonda M. Moore and son-in-law, Richard M. Moore, son Lee. E. Eburn and daughter- in- law; Brande M. Eburn. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren; Richie Moore, Christopher Rodriguez, Katherine Moore and Austen and Connor Eburn. The family would like to express gratitude to the Nursing Staff at Eastridge, especially Nurse Damien Timpone and Nurse Yvette Manborde, as well as the nursing assistants; Mabel Rodriguez, Calvin Lewin and Claudia Gentles for their gracious care of Beth. Also, a very special thank you to Vitas Hospice Nurse Joan Campagna and Eastridge Staff Social Services Director Madeline Diaz.
A viewing will be held on March 4, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Van Orsdel Funeral Chapel, located at 11220 North Kendall Drive, Miami, Florida .
Mom will be cremated and her ashes sprinkled in the ocean as she had desired.
We love you mom. We will miss you. We will see you again.
