Barbara B. Jenkins' Obituary
It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Barbara Helen Barnwell Jenkins, 86 years old of Miami,FL entered heaven on September 29,2024.
She was born on April 6, 1938. Barbara was married to her husband Marvin on September 8, 1957.
She was a home maker most of her adult life. Being active in her children’s lives is what gave her great pleasure. Her nurturing and loving ways continued as she became a grandmother and a granny (great grandmother).
Barbara accepted Christ at an early age. Her faith continued to grow stronger throughout her life. This was evident in her love of songs of worship and praise of the Lord.
Barbara was preceded in death by Marvin, her husband of 59 years.
She is survived by her children: James Alex Jenkins, Donna Lynn Lesley and (Steven Lesley),
Kimberly Ann Gregson and (Richard Gregson)
Her grandchildren:
Jennifer Oister and husband Pat, Cherilynn Miles and husband Steve, Michael Piazza and wife Keri, Alex Piazza, Lauren McRae and husband Robert and Sean Lesley.
She also had 10 great grandchildren: Patrick, Mackenzie, Benjamin, Savannah, Brooklynn, Dylan, Riley, Jacob, Lucas and Hunter.
