Antonio Erwin Quiroga's Obituary
Our family is privileged to share just a little of Erwin's amazing journey. Erwin was born in La Paz, Bolivia. He spent his childhood high in the Andes mountains, instilling a lifelong passion for hiking and climbing. He felt most alive and fulfilled when he was up in the mountains or listening to music. Erwin immigrated to the USA in the late 1970's. He left the private industry in 1997 when President Clinton appointed him to the Diplomatic Service of the United States, and he traveled the world for the next 20 years with his family. He served in more than 15 countries. His life was extraordinary, and he was extraordinary. So much so that his life cannot be expressed in a few short sentences. He will be deeply missed by his sons, his loving wife, and his sisters.
