I knew Tony years and years ago, yesterday while going through photographs stored in the attic I came across several photographs from a trip we took to meet his parents and grandparents in Maine. His mother was very ill at the time. We had also gone down to see the merchant marine ship come in and spent the day talking about his time as a sailor...
Years later I found the film still in my camera and took I it to be developed. There were sweet pictures of him and his dear grandmother. I wanted to get them to him but we had lost touch. Today I searched the internet and found his mother Polly's obituary and it said that he was injured in a car accident in 2000 and passed away in 2019. So this is all I found.

I would love to hear from his direct family and hear all about his life. I am saddened and sorry I didn't get a chance to reconnect with him but someday I trust we will see each other again.
