I met Annette shortly after moving to Costa Rica, and we became instant friends. She was so kind and welcoming, even hosting a baby shower for me before my first child was born. That baby, Sylvia, recently celebrated her 58th birthday—a reminder of how many years Annette’s friendship has been a cherished part of my life.
I’ll always remember her with love and gratitude. My heartfelt condolences to her family. May she rest in peace.
