Alejandro "Alex, A.D." Diaz was born on July 12,1992 in Miami, FL. The boy with the golden heart and contagious smile, was taken from us too soon on August 19, 2016 in a tragic car accident. He will forever be survived by his parents Sindo and Nikki Diaz and his sisters Melissa, Cindy & Ashley Diaz. He attended John A. Ferguson High School where upon graduating was drafted by the Washington Nationals but decided to attend Florida Gulf Coast University on a baseball scholarship. After his four year baseball career, he pursued his dream career in firefighting. After graduating as an E.M.T. and later a firefighter, he was hired as a Marion County firefighter.Your million dollar smile and goofy personality left a lasting impression on everyone you came across.You will forever be our guardian angel, smiling down on us. We love you!
