Akanimo 'Akan' Nelson Ikpe's Obituary
Akanimo Nelson Ikpe was born on December 17, 1982 in Houston, Texas. He passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2020 in Miami, Florida.
He moved to Miami, Florida, in 1987. There he attended Meadow Elementary School, Centennial Middle School, and Corporate Academy (graduating in 2002). After graduating from high school, he attended ITT Technical College-Miami.
He enjoyed basketball, football, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.
He had the incredible ability to put a smile on any face. There was never a dull moment when he was around. He was very loving, caring, respectable and well-mannered.
He is survived by his parents: Nelson and Dolly Ikpe; his siblings: Itoro, Eric, and Christina; his two children: Jahmari and Shania; and a host of uncles, aunties, neices, nephews, and cousins.
He is unforgettable and forever loved.
