Agnes Donnelly's Obituary
Agnes R. Donnelly, 89, of Tamarac, formerly of Miami, Florida, beloved wife of the late Joseph D. Donnelly passed away at University Hospital on Saturday, December 10, 2011. Born in Fall River, Massachusetts on March 11, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Abel and Mary Mello. She worked as the cook in the cafeteria of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic School from 1969 until her retirement in 1985. She was a parishioner at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church since 1950, and also worked in the rectory. She is survived by her three daughters, Geraldine Donnelly and her husband Emilio San Pedro, of London, England, Maureen Donnelly and her husband J. Michael Pinter, of Coral Gables, Florida and South Bend, Indiana, and Cathleen Burbank and her husband Bennett Burbank, of Pembroke Pines, Florida. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law Leonora and Frank Carreiro of Somerset, Massachusetts and Naples, Florida, and her two grandsons, who were the light of her life, Daniel Heinze and Robert Burbank. Visitation will take place at Van Orsdel Funeral Chapel, 4600 SW 8th Street, Coral Gables, Florida on Monday, December 12th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Her funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 2900 West Flagler Street, Miami, Florida, at 9:00 am on Tuesday, December 13th. Interment immediately to follow at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery.
