AGNES M. DECARIO's Obituary
DeCario, Agnes 98 years of family joy. A resident of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 8 years, born in Pizzoni, Italy and immigrated to Pittsburg in 1933 with her parents, Nicola & Maria Donato and sister, Mary. She worked very hard raising four boys. She took over her husband’s business, Paul’s Shoe Repair, in Coral Gables, after his untimely death in 1967. A member of St Michael’s Catholic Church in Miami and a member of the Italian Sons and Daughters of Italy. She was a fantastic old world Italian cook who took pleasure in feeding family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent, and son, Vincent in 1967. Survived by: Sons: Victor, Raymond, Richard; Grandchildren: Nina Maria, Vincent, Anthony, Stephanie, Susan, Christina; Great grandchildren: Anthony, Jimmy, Daniel, Joseph, Erik, Rosie, Katerina, Vincent III, Joseph, Jack, James: nephews Leo and Johnny; niece Rosalie. In lieu of flowers, donations and Memorials may be made to: Trustbridge (formerly Hospice of the Palm Beaches). A visitation will be on Monday, 3-30-15, 5:30pm – 9:30pm at Van Orsdel Coral Gables Chapel, 4600 SW 8 Street. Mass will be on Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM at St. Michael’s Catholic Church with interment to immediately follow at Woodlawn Park North Cemetery.
