Shortly after joining Esslinger Wooten Maxwell in 1993, I listed what was left of my home destroyed by Hurricane Andrew. I was in the kitchen of the Coral Gables office at 1360 S Dixie Highway working on the listing paperwork when Libby walked in. She had a buyer for the property and we went to contract without even hitting the MLS. I was so fortunate as to work with Libby and her partner Elena for 10 years after that initial meeting. The Chairman's Club trip to Punta Cana had them showing off their negotiating skills teaching me how to barter with the vendors at the fleamarket. Great memories of a lovely lady full of life. She will be missed.
