Dr. Stokes set the bar for leadership. He helped people to realize their potential. He had a way of making each person feel like an important contributor. He was fair, generous, non-judgmental and positive. He made things happen. He set us all an excellent example. Many blessings to his wife, Roberta and family. Bill Jackson.

I was sorry to read about Bill's passing. But I want you to know how much I valued my relationship with you both while I was employed at MDCC.. He was a great educator and the best administrator that I worked for in all my years at the Kendall campus. He was always supportive of new concepts and he was the main reason that Independent Studies was able to exsist and to continue to provide our students with alternative strategies to complete their education goals.
He will be missed!
