I have known Ken for thirty years or more. While we were not close, I can say without question he had a reputation for integrity, professional excellence, humility and honesty. He was well liked and respected by the criminal defense bar, on both sides of the isle. It is indeed rare for a man to be well liked by all. It has been said, "when a man is liked by others, even his enemies will do his bidding."(not that Ken had any enemies!).
He is now in the world of truth, and his legacy will be the traits he instilled in his family. His selfless service to indigent defendants, and his good-nature, are models for us to follow. May his memory be for a blessing.
