I have several memories with my Uncle Joey and I am deeply hurt by his passing. He was more than just my uncle he was my favorite person....one of my most favorite memories ever is when we'd get ready for church in my younger days and have a football game to go to. He took me to my first game at the Orange Bowl and I was thrilled and so excited I became a fan for life. When the new stadium was built I was also interested in going to the game and absolutely loved fan appreciation day. Everyone around his seats were so polite and friendly. My Uncle Joey passed away loving me and my family so much and we are all in shock and upset over his passing. Until I see you again Uncle Joey I will gladly keep the memories of you alive......rest in peace
So many… but the one I remember most is Joey used to drive us home Wednesday nights after choir. We would always be begging to go over the “yellow bridge“ every single Wednesday, sometimes he would and sometimes he wouldn’t. But when he did, he would go over the bridge so fast that we would all pop out of our seats and just start dying. Laughing -so much fun!! He would also come over nightly, and just chill and watch TV with the family. He was definitely a part of it. He will be so missed. 😞 what a great soul 🩵💙🙏🙏🙏🙏
