She was a darling cousin of mine!
I met Donna when we both worked at Indies Inn on Duck Key in the late 70’s. My husband and his dad ( both named Peter Nelson) were friends of the Ginettes and I met him through them. Donna and I became close friends and I adored Becky and Geoffrey. I remember Donna being perturbed when I told them they could put peanut butter and jelly on their pancakes😁. The whole family was in my wedding with Donna as my matron of honor. Donna’s second set of kids are close in age to mine and we all had fun sharing special times together. I am saddened at her passing and praying the Lord will sooth the hurting felt now by all that knew and loved Donna. She fills a large chunk of my heart and I am proud to have been her friend.
She was the cutest little cousin!
I recall the day she was born! I wanted her as my little sister.
My Mother was her Godmother.
We shared every holiday with the Ginette’s until they moved to FL.
